Registration

Registration is closed; this event has passed.

The Full Registration Fee will include: access to three full days of technical sessions and symposia from Monday through Wednesday; Plenary Sessions on Monday, Tuesday & Wednesday; and the following meals and networking events: Welcome Social on Sunday; Continental Breakfast Monday – Wednesday; Buffet Luncheon on Monday Only; Daily Coffee Breaks; Poster Social on Monday night; and Awards Banquet on Tuesday night.  Please note that lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday will be on your own; numerous, low-cost options are readily available near the hotel.

Registration Options: Prices increase by $50 after February 24, 2017. To receive the early registration discount, you must be registered by February 24th. Payment can come later in the form of a check or credit card. 

NOTE:  In an effort to keep this meeting affordable for all to attend, the registration fees will remain the same as the 2016 and 2014 Annual Meetings held in Asheville and Anchorage respectively.

When you register for the conference, you have the option of registered for the non-member fee ($525 and $300 for students) or the discounted member rate ($425 for non-members and $250 for students). Please note that memberships are by calendar year. Thus, if you have not renewed since December 1, 2016 for your 2017 membership, then your membership has lapsed! If you wish to avail of the member discount for the conference, please renew your membership. Membership fees remain low, at $55 for regular members and $30 for students.

In addition to a discount for the annual meeting, benefits of membership include: electronic subscription to the US-IALE Newsletter and IALE Bulletin; opportunities to stay 'in the loop' with the major players in the field; access to member-only communications (including job postings and teaching resources) via LISTSERV and web sites; professional development workshop resources for student members.

In order to be eligible for the reduced member registration fee, you MUST be a current member of US- IALE with fully paid membership dues.  Current memberships are those paid on or after December 1, 2016, for which individuals would have received an email containing information to log in to the members section of the website.  All who register at the discounted rate and do not have a current membership by the first day of the conference will be charged the difference between the member and non-member registration rate.  An invoice will be mailed to non-members registered at membership rates. If you are unsure of whether you have renewed your membership since December 1, 2016, please contact: membership@usiale.org.  Also, members are able to log in to usiale.org to view their payment history.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds less a $50 administrative fee will be given prior to March 27. After March 27, no refunds will be given, but substitutions will be allowed.
